I'm a 20 something year old student majoring in costume design. I work with Datamancer Enterprises making handcrafted retro-Victorian art. Manly computer components and accessories. NotesSpent the day at the workshop, started on two new projects: Mass Effect armor and a sword! The sword is a personal project I started on because the 3M was taking forever to dry on the foam pieces.
My step dad made the body of it years ago and I never did anything with it. So now I’m going to polish it up, craft a nice wooden hilt and lace up the handle with some suede rope.
Aside from my projects we’ve finished up almost 9 keyboards since the Datamancer site launch! I don’t do much there but make keysets and sweep the floors but its nice to see my work on those keyboards. And damn are they sexy keyboards. I’ll post some pictures of the latest finished boards sometime this weekend, I think I’ll be back at the shop on Sunday. -

NotesDragon Age armor: the shading is FAR from finished, but I’ve got to head to work soon so I thought I’ve give an update.
Still gotta go back over with silver for more contrast, and I’m not liking the way the foot armor came out…
